Slam

Slam is a book about Sam's life and the people around him. Sam is a 16 years old teenager. When he grow older he want to studie art and design. He loves to skate with his friends: Rabbit and Rubbish both like to skate with Sam and they use much time together on skatebording. Untill he met a young cute girl named Alica....

He met her for the first time on a party to his mom's friend. After that they start dating and they suddenly became a pair. It started a lot of problems. Sam and Alica gets some difficult questions about their sex-life. Sam get very little time to use on his family. He use all his time on Alica. He do not get time to skate neither. He talk about his problems with a poster, of his idol Tony Hawk. Tony Hawk is the most famous skater on the earth. Sam think that TH (Tony Hawk) has the answer on everything in his biography. But when Alica gets pregnant Sam can not find any answer in TH's book. He got so frustrated that he ran away to a place named Hastings, to find a answer.

I think this a interesting book, witch have a very importante subject. It takes up subject and problemes that is normal for a teenager and it is not always so easy to talk about them. It has a funny angle to talk about it.
